Testimonials
Turn happy customers into your best sales pitch.
Ask for a testimonial at the moment a customer is happiest, right after they give you a great score. Approve the best ones, tidy the wording, and show them on your site with consent recorded for every one.
How it works
Collect, approve, publish.
Collect
Add a testimonial question to any survey, or use the ready-made testimonial form. Customers can add their name, role, company, a star rating and a photo. Already have praise elsewhere? Import it from LinkedIn, G2, email and more.
Approve
New testimonials land in a review inbox. Approve, reject or feature each one, and lightly edit the wording for length or typos.
Publish
Show approved testimonials on a hosted Wall of Love page, or embed the wall on your own site, where it resizes itself to fit.
Ask promoters, not everyone
Skip logic can show the testimonial question only to people who score you highly, so you ask the customers most likely to say yes.
Consent on every testimonial
Every testimonial records the customer’s consent, so you know exactly what you are allowed to publish.
Your CRM knows who said it
Approved testimonials are sent to your CRM as an event, and RiroCRM marks the contact as having an approved testimonial, so sales can line up references.
Looks like your site
The brand kit sets your logo, colour, light or dark appearance and font on every testimonial form and wall.
Celebrate in Slack
Post new and approved testimonials to a Slack channel so the whole team sees the good news.
How do I collect customer testimonials?
Ask straight after a positive moment, such as a high NPS score or a closed support ticket. In Rirofeed you can add a testimonial question to any survey, show it only to happy customers, or share the ready-made testimonial form by link.
Do I need permission to publish a testimonial?
You should have the customer’s consent before publishing their words, name or photo. Rirofeed records consent with every testimonial it collects.
Can I import existing testimonials?
Yes. You can import the praise you already have from LinkedIn, G2, email and more, then publish it alongside new testimonials.
Can I edit a testimonial?
Yes. You can lightly edit the wording, for example to shorten it or fix a typo, before you approve it.
How do I show testimonials on my website?
Publish approved testimonials on a Wall of Love page, or embed the wall on your own site. See Wall of Love.
