Do I need RiroCRM to use Rirofeed?
No. Rirofeed works on its own and connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n or any webhook. If you do use RiroCRM, Rirofeed is included and set up for you.
What counts as a response?
One completed form or one Riro Temperature click is one response. Your allowance resets each month.
What happens when a customer leaves bad feedback?
An NPS of 6 or below, a 1–2 star rating, a low CSAT or negative written sentiment counts as negative feedback. Rirofeed can alert Slack, call a webhook, and open a high-priority ticket in RiroCRM, so someone follows up quickly.
Can I use testimonials on my website?
Yes. Every testimonial records the customer’s consent. Publish the approved ones on a Wall of Love page, or embed the wall on your own site, where it resizes itself to fit.
Can I make forms look like my brand?
Yes. The brand kit sets your logo, colour, light or dark appearance and font for every page respondents see. Paid plans can also remove the “Powered by Rirofeed” badge.
Where is my data stored?
Rirofeed runs on Google Cloud in London, with nightly database backups. Each workspace’s forms, responses and contacts are kept separate from every other workspace.
