Paste a catch hook URL from Zapier, Make or n8n, and Rirofeed sends every response there as simple, flat fields you can map to any app: a spreadsheet, a helpdesk, a database or your own tools.
What it does
- Works with Zapier “Catch Hook”, Make custom webhooks and n8n Webhook nodes
- Sends flat fields, with one field for each question
- Includes NPS, CSAT, rating, temperature, sentiment and testimonial
- Includes the respondent’s name, email, company and title
- Use automations the other way: any app can trigger a Rirofeed survey through your workspace’s webhook
Set it up in a few minutes
- In Zapier, Make or n8n, add a webhook trigger and copy its URL.
- In Rirofeed, go to Integrations, choose Zapier / Make / n8n and paste the URL.
- Pick events, save, and send a test response to map the fields.

Events
Choose what gets sent.
Pick one or more events, then narrow them down by form, sentiment, NPS range or star rating.

Can Zapier trigger a Rirofeed survey?
Yes. Rirofeed automations can be started by any app calling your workspace’s private automation webhook, so a Zap, Make scenario or n8n workflow can send a survey.
Can I send only some responses?
Yes. Choose which events to send, and filter by form, sentiment, NPS range or star rating range. For example, send only detractors from your quarterly NPS survey.
What happens if a delivery fails?
Rirofeed tries each delivery up to three times, waiting longer between attempts. Every delivery is logged with its result, so you can see what was sent and resend it.
