Salesforce integration

Customer feedback as Salesforce activity.

Rirofeed finds the right Contact or Lead by email and logs each survey response as a completed Task, so feedback shows up in the activity history your team already reads.

What it does

  • Finds the Contact by email, then an unconverted Lead
  • Creates a Lead (source “Rirofeed Feedback”) when there is no match
  • Logs a completed Task with the score in the subject and every answer in the description
  • Sends new responses, negative feedback, approved testimonials, or any mix
  • Filters by form, sentiment, NPS or rating

Set it up in a few minutes

  1. Copy your Salesforce instance URL, like https://yourco.my.salesforce.com.
  2. Get an OAuth access token for a user who can read Contacts and Leads and create Leads and Tasks.
  3. In Rirofeed, go to Integrations, choose Salesforce, paste both, pick events and save.

Does Rirofeed create Leads in Salesforce?

Only when no Contact or unconverted Lead has the respondent’s email. New Leads get the source “Rirofeed Feedback” so you can report on them.

Where do I see the feedback in Salesforce?

As a completed Task in the Contact’s or Lead’s activity history.

Can I send only some responses?

Yes. Choose which events to send, and filter by form, sentiment, NPS range or star rating range. For example, send only detractors from your quarterly NPS survey.

What happens if a delivery fails?

Rirofeed tries each delivery up to three times, waiting longer between attempts. Every delivery is logged with its result, so you can see what was sent and resend it.
