Delighted alternative
Delighted has shut down. Keep your NPS program running.
Qualtrics retired Delighted on 30 June 2026. If you relied on it for email NPS and CSAT, Rirofeed gives you the same one-click surveys, plus testimonials, Walls of Love and CRM sync, starting free.
The short version
Delighted, the NPS and feedback survey tool owned by Qualtrics, stopped taking new customers on 1 July 2025 and shut down on 30 June 2026. Qualtrics’ suggested path is its own, larger platform.
Rirofeed is a lighter replacement for teams that liked Delighted’s simplicity: NPS, CSAT, star ratings and one-click email surveys, a dashboard with trends and sentiment, and responses synced to HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM or RiroCRM. It also collects testimonials and publishes them on a Wall of Love, which Delighted never did.

- Delighted no longer runs. Qualtrics points customers to its own enterprise platform instead, which suits large research and CX programs.
You want Delighted’s simplicity back
- Email NPS and CSAT that customers answer in one click
- Automated surveys after a deal or ticket closes
- Scores and answers logged on the contact in your CRM
- Testimonials and Walls of Love in the same app
- A free plan, and every feature on every plan
Moving from Delighted to Rirofeed
- Keep your Delighted export. Your historical scores stay in the CSV you downloaded before the shutdown.
- Recreate your survey. Start from Rirofeed’s ready-made NPS or CSAT form, then add your follow-up question. Skip logic can show it only to detractors.
- Connect your CRM. Paste a key or token for your CRM so new responses land on the contact.
- Send it the way you did before. Put clickable NPS buttons in an email, share a link, or trigger the survey automatically when a ticket closes.
